Appointments: A submitted booking is not guaranteed until confirmed. Appointment times are estimated service windows. Plumbing jobs can take longer than expected, and traffic, weather, emergency calls, or conditions at a previous job may cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Service Information: Please provide an accurate description of the plumbing issue and, when possible, photos or other helpful details. Information provided during booking helps us prepare but does not replace an on-site inspection or diagnosis. Pricing and Authorization: Pricing will be discussed before work begins whenever reasonably possible. The scope of work may change if concealed or unexpected conditions are discovered. Additional work or charges will be discussed before proceeding. Service, diagnostic, labor, material, permit, inspection, or other charges may apply depending on the job. Property Access: The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, fixtures, equipment, shutoff valves, and work area. An adult authorized to approve the work should be present or otherwise available unless other arrangements have been made. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Emergencies: Online booking should not be relied upon for an active plumbing emergency. For major leaks or other urgent problems, shut off the water when it is safe to do so and contact us directly by phone or text. Permits and Scope: Some work may require permits, inspections, specialty equipment, additional materials, or services beyond the original booking. These requirements will be discussed before the affected work proceeds. Safety: We reserve the right to postpone, stop, or decline work when conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, unsanitary, structurally hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for safe service.
